  • Strain out the elderberries and let the liquid cool.
  • Once it reaches room temperature, add the ginger bug or soda starter, gently stirring it in.
  • Pour the mixture into flip cap bottles and allow to ferment for about 3-5 days at room temperature.
  • Finally, refrigerate the bottles, opening periodically to release any built-up pressure.
